I have been taking my two grandchildren to Horizon on a Friday morning for a while now. Each week, we go to a young man called Sonny who reads a story and then incorporates parts of the story into doing football skills. Each week the group of young children gets bigger and Id just like to thank Kick-Starters and Sonny. He is so lovely with the children, encouraging, friendly and he does a great job of teaching them without them even realising because he makes it such fun. Thats not easy when all of them are so young. Well done and THANK YOU.

⚽️✅KICKSTARTERS PDP (Player Development Programme) ✅⚽️
Kickstarters runs a Player Development Programme on a Wednesday evening 5-6 at Bradley Football Development Centre all year round for children in Year 2-5.
We offer players in the area, who are looking to improve their game in specific areas, two quality, experienced F.A coaches who have experience of delivering player development courses previously.
Over a course of a 6 week block we our aim to develop the technical, tactical and the mental side of the game to help their game on the pitch.
An ever popular session, with extremely limited places on offer at all points of the year
Here's An example programme that we offer:
Wk 1: 1v1 'Hide the Ball'.
Wk 2: 2v1 Keeping Possession.
Wk 3: 1v1 Defending. How to Delay the Attacker.
Wk 4: 2v2 Defending. Making Recovery Runs.
Wk 5: Finishing. Long Range and Close Range.
Wk 6: SSG's. Match Scenarios, Under loads/Over loads,
